Over the years, Rinat Dzheksenov held senior positions at leading industry companies, Kcell JSC and Kazakhtelecom JSC, where he was successfully responsible for developing sales, customer service, and digital channels, ensuring sustainable growth and improving service quality.

Since 2025, he has been with Jusan Mobile JSC, where he served as Chief Commercial Officer and Member of the Management Board.
